The Supervisor – Life Insurance Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Daily Operations Within The Life Insurance Division, Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Requirements, And Driving Efficiency In Policy Administration, Claims, And Customer Service. The Role Requires Strong Leadership To Manage Teams, Monitor Performance, And Implement Process Improvements That Enhance Customer Satisfaction And Business Growth.
Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee Daily Operations In Claims, Underwriting, And Policy Administration.
Ensure Adherence To Insurance Regulations And Audit Standards.
Track KPIS Such As Claims Cycle Time, Accuracy Rates, And Customer Satisfaction.
Implement Lean/Six Sigma Methods To Streamline Workflows.
Drive Initiatives To Enhance Client Retention And Satisfaction.
Work With Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, And Sales Teams To Align Strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree/Diploma In Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum 2–5 Years In Insurance Operations, Preferably In Life Insurance Or Bancassurance.
Strong Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Decision-Making, And Communication Abilities.
