We are seeking to recruit a qualified SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) professional to serve as a liaison between our operational team and our clients. The ideal candidate should have proven experience within the food manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of compliance standards, hygiene protocols, and regulatory requirements applicable to that sector. The SHEQ Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety, health, environmental, and quality systems across our operations. The role requires close collaboration with both internal teams and client representatives to ensure that all service delivery meets required standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with industry best practices and client requirements.
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations, particularly within food production environments.
* Act as the primary liaison between Prokleen and clients on all SHEQ-related matters.
* Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
* Monitor daily operations across various client sites to ensure adherence to SOPs and hygiene standards.
* Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventative measures.
* Provide training and awareness programs to staff on SHEQ policies, procedures, and safe working practices.
* Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance records for audits and client reviews.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety performance, and service quality.
* Ensure that all cleaning operations meet food safety standards, including HACCP principles where applicable.

Candidate Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Safety, Health, Environmental Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
* Experience working in food processing or manufacturing environments is essential.
* Strong knowledge of SHEQ systems, audits, and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple client sites.
