We are seeking a high-performance professional to operate at the centre of a major, multi-site infrastructure programme—providing direct support to the CEO while driving coordination across finance, HR, procurement, communications, and construction delivery teams. This role offers direct exposure to large-scale infrastructure and construction projects, hands-on involvement in project tracking and contractor coordination, and the unique opportunity to act as the bridge between technical teams (engineers, contractors) and executive leadership.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and briefing preparation.
- Track progress across multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and technical teams to align project execution with strategic priorities.
- Prepare clear reports and updates for executive leadership, translating technical details into actionable insights.
- Liaise with finance, HR, procurement, and communications teams to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
- Support oversight of construction delivery, monitoring risks and escalating issues where necessary.
- Represent the CEO in selected meetings and engagements, ensuring follow-through on commitments.

Ideal candidate:
- 5–8 years’ experience in executive support, project coordination, or infrastructure environments.
- Background in engineering, construction, or the built environment strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-project settings.
- Skilled at translating technical project updates into clear executive insights.
