The Incumbent Shall Manage And Coordinate Human Resources And Administrative Functions To Ensure Efficient Programme Delivery And Organizational Effectiveness. The Role Is Responsible For Building a Capable And Motivated Workforce, Maintaining Compliance With Labour Laws, And Fostering a Positive Organizational Culture. It Also Oversees Office Operations, Logistics, And Administrative Systems To Provide Seamless Support For Large Infrastructure Projects.
Duties And Responsibilities
Lead Recruitment, Onboarding, And Workforce Planning.
Develop Hr Policies And Ensure Compliance With Labour Laws.
Oversee Staff Performance Management And Welfare.
Manage Administrative Operations, Logistics, And Office Functions.
Support Organizational Culture And Team Cohesion.
Qualifications And Experience
Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
7–10 Years’ Hr And Administration Experience.
Strong Experience On Large Infrastructure Projects.
Strong Knowledge Of Zimbabwean Labour Regulations.
