A detail-oriented and performance-driven Project Manager is required to lead construction projects from inception through to completion. Our client is seeking a capable professional to manage planning, coordination, and execution while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost control.

This role is ideal for a confident leader who excels in site-based environments and is committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities
-Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
-Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
-Supervise site operations to ensure effective use of labour, materials, and equipment
-Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure compliance and performance
-Track project progress and prepare regular status, cost, and risk reports
-Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
-Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across all project sites
-Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
-Manage variations, claims, and contractual obligations
-Coordinate procurement requirements in liaison with the procurement team
-Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and local authority requirements
-Chair site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation
-Oversee project handover, snag lists, and final accounts at project close-out

Qualifications & Experience
-Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
-Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in construction project management
-Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and site management practices
-Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
