Administer Payroll Processes With High Proficiency In Belina Payroll, Ensuring Accuracy And Timeliness.
Manage Compensation And Benefits Programs, Aligning Them With Organizational Goals And Market Benchmarks.
Ensure Compliance With Labor Laws, Tax Regulations, And Internal Policies In All Payroll And Benefits Activities.
Provide Guidance To Employees And Managers On Compensation Structures, Benefits, And Related Queries.
Conduct Market Research To Support Competitive Salary And Benefits Offerings.
Prepare Reports And Analyze Payroll Data, Identifying Trends And Recommending Improvements.
Collaborate With HRAnd Finance Teams To Ensure Seamless Integration Of Payroll And Benefits Processes.
Support Audits And Reviews, Maintaining Accurate Records And Documentation.
Contribute To HR Projects Related To Compensation, Benefits, And Employee Well-Being.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Of 3 Years’ Experience With Belina Payroll At a High Proficiency Level.
Strong Knowledge Of Compensation And Benefits Practices, Payroll Administration, And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Organizational Skills.
Ability To Build Strong Relationships And Provide Effective Employee Support.
Experience In The Banking Sector Will Be Considered An Added Advantage.
