Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Design And Implement Learning Strategies That Support Organizational Goals And Employee Development.
Conduct Training Needs Analyses To Identify Skill Gaps And Recommend Targeted Interventions.
Develop And Deliver Training Programs, Workshops, And Leadership Development Initiatives.
Support Performance Management Processes, Including Coaching Managers And Employees For Improved Outcomes.
Collaborate With Business Leaders To Align Learning And Performance Initiatives With Operational Priorities.
Drive Organizational Development Projects, Including Change Management And Culture-Building Initiatives.
Monitor And Evaluate Training Effectiveness, Ensuring Programs Deliver Measurable Impact.
Advise On Performance Improvement Strategies, Succession Planning, And Talent Development Frameworks.
Ensure Compliance With HR Policies And Labor Regulations In All Learning And Performance Activities.
Foster Employee Engagement Through Initiatives That Enhance Morale, Productivity, And Retention.
Perform Other HR-Related Duties As Assigned, Supporting The Broader People Strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Of 3 Years’ Experience In HR, With a Focus On Organisation Development And Training.
Strong Knowledge Of Learning And Development Methodologies And Performance Management.
Proven Ability To Design And Deliver Impactful Training Programs.
Excellent Communication, Facilitation, And Stakeholder Management Skills.
Experience In The Banking Sector Will Be Considered An Added Advantage.
