Our Client In The Manufacturing Industry Is Seeking To Appoint Two Sales Managers—One To Oversee Operations In Harare, Zimbabwe, And The Other To Lead Their Branch In Lusaka, Zambia. The Incumbents Must Have Experience Selling Building Materials And a Proven Ability To Manage a Diverse Sales Team While Maintaining And Expanding The Client Base. The Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate Strong Leadership, Strategic Planning, And Customer Relationship Management Skills. Applicants Must Have a Minimum Of Two Years’ Experience In a Similar Position.

Duties And Responsibilities:
Managing Organizational Sales By Developing a Business Plan That Covers Sales, Revenue, And Expense Controls.
Meeting Planned Sales Goals And Ensuring Targets Are Consistently Achieved.
Setting Individual Sales Targets With The Sales Team To Align With Company Objectives.
Tracking Sales Goals And Reporting Results As Necessary To Senior Management.
Overseeing The Activities And Performance Of The Sales Team To Ensure Efficiency And Effectiveness.
Coordinating With Marketing On Lead Generation And Digital Campaigns.
Leveraging Social Media Marketing To Promote Products, Engage Customers, And Generate Leads.
Providing Ongoing Training And Development Opportunities For Salespeople.
Developing The Sales Team Through Motivation, Counseling, And Product Knowledge Education.

Experience And Qualifications:
Sales Or Marketing Qualification From A Recognized Institution.
Minimum Of 2 Years’ Experience In a Similar Role Within The Hardware Industry.
