Duties And Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Performance Across Major Retail Partners And Distributors In The Protein Category.
- Develop And Execute Strategic Sales Plans Aligned With Company Objectives.
- Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Accounts To Ensure Consistent Engagement And Satisfaction.
- Identify And Onboard New Products, Expanding Coverage And Brand Visibility Across Zimbabwe.
- Monitor SKU Performance And Recommend Interventions For Underperforming Products.
- Analyze Sales Data To Generate Actionable Insights And Support Decision-Making.
- Collaborate With Finance To Assist In The Collection Of Outstanding Debtor Balances.
- Conduct Regular Trade Visits, Route Planning, And Gather Market Intelligence.
- Prepare And Present Sales Reports, Forecasts, And Strategic Recommendations To Management.

Qualifications And Experience:
- A Degree In Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
- Minimum 3–5 Years’ Experience In FMCG Sales, Preferably In Protein Or Perishable Categories.
- Proven Track Record In Key Account Management And Distributor Development.
- Strong Understanding Of Perishable Product Dynamics And Cold Chain Management.
- Excellent Analytical, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills.
- Ability To Work Independently And Under Pressure While Maintaining Accuracy And Professionalism.
- Strong Organizational Skills With The Ability To Manage Time And Resources Effectively.
- Computer Literate In Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Valid Class 4 Driver’s License And Willingness To Travel Extensively Within Assigned Regions.
