Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Conducts weekly strategic meetings with business managers to align HR initiatives with operational needs.
Provides expert HR guidance and consultation to line management on a wide range of employee matters.
Analyzes workforce trends and HR metrics to develop targeted solutions, policies, and programs.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair outcomes and legal compliance.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations, partnering with the legal team as needed.
Delivers day-to-day performance management support including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Builds strong relationships with employees and leadership to foster morale, productivity, and retention.
Interprets and advises on HR policies, ensuring consistent application across business units.
Develops and negotiates employment terms for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers.
Contributes to organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
Identifies training and development needs, including executive coaching opportunities.
Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
Performs other HR-related duties as assigned, supporting the broader people strategy.
