Our Client Is Seeking a Strategic And Operational Leader To Head Their Data Labelling Function Within The Telecoms Industry. This Role Is Responsible For Designing, Scaling, And Managing High-Quality Annotation Services That Support Ai And Machine Learning Initiatives Across Telecoms Use Cases. The Ideal Candidate Will Drive Innovation, Ensure Compliance, And Lead Diverse Teams To Deliver Accurate And Efficient Labelled Data.

Duties And Responsibilities
Define And Execute The Data Labelling Strategy Aligned With Telecoms Ai Goals.
Oversee Daily Operations Across Text, Image, Video, Audio, And Sensor Data Labelling.
Implement Quality Frameworks To Maintain >95% Annotation Accuracy.
Optimise Workforce Scheduling, Task Allocation, And Productivity Tracking.
Manage Vendor Relationships And Evaluate Annotation Tools And Platforms.
Recruit, Train, And Lead Labelling Teams, Supervisors, And Quality Analysts.
Promote Diversity And Inclusion Within The Labelling Workforce.
Act As The Primary Liaison For Telecom Clients, Ensuring Slas And Kpis Are Met.
Translate Client Needs Into Efficient Labelling Workflows And Requirements.
Introduce Ai-Assisted Labelling And Semi-Automated Workflows To Improve Efficiency.
Ensure Data Governance And Compliance With Iso, Gdpr, And Telecom-Specific Standards.
Own The Unit’s P&L, Drive Revenue Growth, And Report On Performance Metrics.

Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Business Management, Or Related Field (Master’s Preferred).
8–12 Years Of Experience In Data Operations, Ai/Ml Training Data, Or Bpo Service Delivery.
Minimum 5 Years In a Leadership Role Managing Large Operational Teams.
Strong Knowledge Of Annotation Tools, Ml Pipelines, And Quality Assurance Frameworks.
Experience Managing Client Engagements, Contracts, And Service-Level Agreements.
Familiarity With Data Security And Compliance Standards Relevant To Telecoms.
