A well-established industrial supplier is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Officer to support its finance operations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in accounting and a working knowledge of Zimbabwean statutory and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities
-Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
-Prepare and submit statutory returns (ZIMRA, NSSA, NEC, etc.)
-Handle tax registrations and ensure regulatory compliance
-Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
-Maintain up-to-date financial records and ledgers
-Assist with general bookkeeping and support audit preparation
Qualifications & Experience
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
-Strong understanding of Zimbabwean tax and statutory frameworks
-Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
-Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-Knowledge of payroll systems and reconciliation processes
