Key Responsibilities:
Manage And Reconcile Financial Statements For Multiple Retail Branches Within The Region.
Oversee Accounts Payable And Receivable, Ensuring Accuracy And Timeliness.
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Financial Reports.
Monitor And Analyze Budget Performance And Variances.
Ensure Compliance With Internal Controls And Financial Regulations.
Support Audits And Liaise With External Auditors.
Collaborate With Store Managers And Regional Teams To Optimize Financial Performance.
Implement Process Improvements To Streamline Transaction Handling And Reporting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field
Professional Qualification (ICAZ Or ACCA)
Minimum 5 Years Of Accounting Experience, With At Least 2 Years In a Retail Environment
Proficiency In Retail Accounting Software
Advanced Excel Skills And Data Analysis Capabilities
