Our Client In The FMCG Industry Is Seeking To Employ A Stock Controller. The Incumbent Shall Be Responsible For Tracking Stock Levels And Ensuring That The Supplies Meet The Demands Of The Customers. Their Primary Duties Include Checking Stock Levels, Ordering Additional Stock And Updating Stock Records.

Duties And Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of stocktake processes to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee stock management, ensuring optimal inventory control and efficient replenishment.
- Implement and monitor branch risk and loss control systems to mitigate potential threats.
- Process documents effectively, maintaining compliance and organizational standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring up-to-date employee documentation and data management.
- Conduct GP monitoring to track financial performance and profitability.
- Register and monitor company assets, ensuring proper documentation and utilization.
- Provide excellent customer service and foster positive supplier relations to enhance business operations.
- Investigate stock variances, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor, review, and report on CCVT footage to support security and operational efficiency.

Qualifications And Experience:

Proven Work Experience As a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager Or Similar Role
A Minimum Of 2 Years Working Experience In a Similar Role
Proficiency In Microsoft Packages
Good Understanding Of Supply Chain Procedures
Active Participation In Inventory Audits
Excellent Organization Skills
Good Communication And Negotiation Abilities
Bsc In Supply Chain And Logistics, Business Administration Or Relevant Field
