Duties And Responsibilities
Greet And Assist Visitors, Clients, And Policyholders In a Courteous And Professional Manner.
Manage Incoming Calls, Directing Inquiries To The Appropriate Departments.
Handle Administrative Tasks, Including Scheduling Appointments And Managing Correspondence.
Maintain a Well-Organized Reception Area And Ensure a Positive Experience For All Guests.
Support Insurance Agents And Office Staff With Documentation And Data Entry.
Assist In Processing Basic Insurance-Related Requests And Provide General Information About Services.
Uphold Confidentiality And Compliance With Company Policies And Industry Regulations.
Experience And Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or a Related Field.
Previous Experience In a Receptionist, Administrative, Or Customer Service Role—Preferably Within The Insurance Or Financial Sector.
Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
Proficiency In Office Management Software (Microsoft Office, Crm Systems, Etc.).
Ability To Multitask, Prioritize Responsibilities, And Maintain a Professional Demeanor.
Basic Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Terminology (Preferred But Not Required).
