Duties And Responsibilities:
Identify And Pursue New Sales Opportunities To Achieve And Exceed Sales Targets.
Maintain And Grow Relationships With Existing Clients, Ensuring High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
Conduct Market Research To Identify New Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitor Activities.
Develop And Execute Effective Sales Strategies And Action Plans.
Prepare And Deliver Sales Presentations To Prospective And Existing Clients.
Manage Client Accounts, Process Orders, And Ensure Timely Delivery Of Products.
Monitor Sales Performance And Prepare Regular Reports For Management.
Collaborate With The Marketing Team To Align Strategies And Promotional Activities.
Handle Client Inquiries And Provide Solutions To Meet Their Requirements.
Travel To Meet With Clients As Needed.
Qualifications And Experience:
A Diploma Or Degree In Sales, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years' Experience In Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Targets.
FMCG Experience Is Highly Advantageous.
Strong Negotiation, Presentation, And Interpersonal Skills.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Abilities.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Familiarity With CRM Software Is A Plus.
Valid Driver’s License And Willingness To Travel As Required.
