Duties And Responsibilities
Greet Clients And Manage The Reception Area, Ensuring a Welcoming Environment.
Schedule Appointments And Manage The Salon's Calendar To Optimize Staff Time And Resources.
Oversee The Point Of Sale System, Process Transactions, And Handle Cash And Card Payments.
Manage And Maintain Client Records And Databases With Confidentiality. - Order, Track, And Manage Inventory Of Salon Supplies, Products, And Equipment.
Coordinate Staff Schedules, Including Leave Requests And Shift Changes, To Ensure Adequate Coverage.
Assist In Hiring, Training, And Supervising Front Desk Staff, As Well As Providing Ongoing Support And Guidance.
Handle Customer Enquiries, Complaints, And Feedback Promptly And Professionally.
Ensure Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations Within The Salon.
Assist With Marketing Efforts, Including Social Media Management, Promotional Events, And Advertising Campaigns.
Prepare And Present Regular Reports On Salon Performance, Including Sales Figures And Customer Satisfaction Metrics.
Collaborate With Salon Management To Develop And Implement Policies And Procedures That Improve Operational Efficiency.
Perform General Administrative Duties Such As Ling, Photocopying, And Maintaining Office Supplies.
Experience and Qualifications
Proven Experience In An Administrative Role, Preferably Within a Salon Or Spa Setting.
Excellent Organizational And Multitasking Abilities.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Proficiency In Using Salon Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge Of The Beauty Industry And Current Trends Is a Plus.
Ability To Work a Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings And Weekends As Required.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent; Additional Certification In Office Management Or Administration Is a Plus.
