Our Client In The Security Industry Is Looking For A Rapid Response Surveillance Manager To Join Their Team. The Rapid Response And CCTV Surveillance Manager Will Oversee The Organization's Security Operations, Ensure Swift Responses To Incidents And Effective CCTV Surveillance. This Role Maximizes Safety, Minimizes Risk, And Maintains Business Continuity. The Incumbent Will Also Be Supporting The Development, Operations And Profitability Of The Designated Area Through Ensuring The Best Possible Business Performance, Contract Compliance And Service Delivery.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:
Real-Time Monitoring: Oversee Surveillance Operations, Analyse Footage And Respond To Incidents.
Rapid Response: Coordinate Swift And Effective Responses To Security Breaches, Emergencies, Or Incidents. Incident Management: Manage Incident Response, Ensuring Timely Resolution And Minimal Disruption.
You Will Be Expected To Make The Following Decisions:
Determine Response Levels And Resource Allocation Based On Incident Severity.
Prioritize Surveillance Areas, Allocate Resources, And Adjust Camera Focus.
Determine Communication Channels And Messaging.
Evaluate And Implement Emerging Technologies.
What We Are Looking For:
University Degree In Relevant Field.
5 Years’ Experience Working In Emergency Response.
Experience Leading Teams And Managing Operations.
Demonstrated Experience In Building And Maintaining Relationships With Partners And Clients
