• Managing And Growing Sales As Per The Agreed Targets.
• Identifying And Evaluating Areas Of Growth For All The Outlets In The Channel And Ensuring The Organization’s Dominants In The Various Categories As Per The Agreed Market Shares.
• Maximising Brand Awareness And Communicating New Product Opportunities, Using Sales Data To Drive In Store Actions.
• Developing a Strong Relationship With All The Stakeholders In Your Area To Obtain Information Necessary For Strategic Business Decision That Will Ensure Dominants Of The Organisation’s Business.
• Participating In All Major Activities And Functions Happening In Your Area And Ensuring Dominants Of The Organisation’s Business In Your Territory.
• Implementing An Effective Stock Merchandising Standard To Enhance Product Visibility And Sales Growth In All Outlets At All Times.
• Identifying And Pursuing All Opportunities Emerging From Your Territory To Ensure Continued Business Growth.
• Ensuring Stock Levels Are Maintained. Implementing An Effective Ordering System That Will Ensure a Zero Stock Out In All Outlets In Your Area All The Time.
• Carrying Out All Competitor Evaluation Assessments As Per The Agreed Schedules.
• Circulating Weekly Competitor Evaluation Reports To All Relevant Stakeholders And Communicating Timeously On All Competitor Developments To Ensure That The Organization’s Brands Maintain Or Grow Their Dominants As Per The Agreed Market Shares.
• Managing Merchandisers And/Or Any Subordinates Under Your Leadership For The Maximum Growth Of Business Across All Channels And All Categories.
Your Academic And Professional Qualifications Definitely Count. Here's What They Are Looking For:
• Degree In Sales And Marketing Or Equivalent
• An MBA Will Be An Added Advantage
• At Least Five (5) Years’ Experience In Sales Within FMCG Or Retail Sector, At Managerial Level.
You Must Have a Full Class 4 Drivers' License And Be Able To Travel Extensively Within The Defined Territory.
