Our Client In The Manufacturing Industry Is Seeking a Highly Organized And Efficient Receptionist/Administrator To Join Their Team. The Ideal Candidate Must Who Have Experience In The Tender Bidding Environment. The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing The Front Desk, Coordinating Tenders And Rfqs, Liaising With Ngos, And Ensuring The Office Is Clean And Well-Maintained.

Duties And Responsibilities
Greet Visitors And Answer Phone Calls
Manage Email And Mail Correspondence
Maintain Accurate Records And Databases
Coordinate The Preparation And Submission Of Tenders And Rfqs
Ensure Timely And Accurate Responses To Requests For Information
Provide Administrative Support To Other Teams As Needed
Perform Other Duties As Assigned By Management

Qualifications And Experience
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
2+ Years Of Experience In a Receptionist Or Administrative Role In Tender Environment
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of a Team
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Email Software
