Bookkeeper Cum Office Administrator

We are Seeking a Meticulous and Experienced Bookkeeper to Join our Clients Dynamic Construction Team. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess a Strong Foundation in Accounting Principles and a Proven Ability to Manage the Financial Operations of a Construction Business.

Responsibilities:

-Accurate and Timely Processing of Payroll, Including Deductions, Taxes, and Statutory Payments.
-Maintaining Comprehensive Financial Records Through Data Entry and Reconciliation of Accounts.
-Preparation and Submission of Tax Returns, Ensuring Compliance With all Relevant Regulations.
-Overseeing Accounts Payable and Receivable, Including Invoicing, Payments, and Collections.
-Reconciling Bank Statements and Other Financial Accounts to Maintain Accurate Records.
-Assisting in the Preparation of Financial Statements, Including Balance Sheets and Income Statements.
-Providing Support With Office Administration Tasks as Required.

Qualifications:

-Proven Experience in Bookkeeping, Preferably Within the Construction Industry.
-Strong Understanding of Accounting Principles and Practices.
-Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Excellent Attention to Detail and Accuracy.
-Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.
-Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team.
