Assess And Align Sourcing Categories With Business Unit Strategy And Plans By Evaluating And Synchronizing Sourcing Categories To Ensure Optimal Alignment And Support Strategic Goals.
Oversee The Alignment Of The Group Sourcing Strategy Across The Business Unit To Maintain Consistency And Leverage Economies Of Scale.
Compile Business Unit Level Sourcing Strategy By Aggregating Sourcing Strategies At The Business Unit Level To Create a Comprehensive Plan That Aligns With Both Category-Specific And Overall Business Objectives.
Experience And Qualifications
6-10 Years Of Experience, Including a Track Record Of 3 Years In a Team Lead/ People Management Or Technical Capability, Including Cross Border Transportation, Logistics And Warehousing.
Experience Working In Africa Across Different Countries
