Our Client In The Security Industry Is Looking To Engage An Operations Manager To Be Responsible For The Day To Day Business. The Operations Manager Is Responsible For The Effective Management Of All Staff Under His Area Of Responsibility And The Monitoring, Reviewing And Implementation Of Services On Customer Sites. The Operations Manager Will Also Be Supporting The Development, Operations And Profitability Of The Designated Area Through Ensuring The Best Possible Business Performance, Contract Compliance And Service Delivery.  

The Position Reports To The Chief Operating Officer.

Main Purpose Of The Job:
1.To Ensure That Resources (Human And Material) Are Adequately Allocated To Meet Customer Requirements Cost Effectively And Efficiently.
2.To Carry Out Planned And Periodic Surveys Which Are Carried Out On Prospective And Existing Clients.
3.To Ensure That Personnel Deployment And Supervision Of Operations Across All Sites Meets And Exceed Customer Expectations.
4.Carry Out Incident’s Investigations Within The Prescribed Period And Report Accordingly To Customers And Management
5.To Manage And Develop Relationships With Key Stakeholders In The Security Industry
6.Develop And Implement Security Personnel Model That Positively Resonate With Our Mission/ Vision And Values.
7. To Implement An Effective Suspension System That Ensures Our Personnel Are Providing Service Levels That Meet Customer Expectations

Qualifications:
A Business-Related Degree/ Equivalent
A Masters In Business Administration/ Equivalent.
Post Graduate Qualification In Risk And Security Will Be An Added Advantage
