Duties And Responsibilities
Document Standard Operating Procedures For Inputs Inventory Management.
Oversee The Receiving Of Inputs Inventory Including Ensuring That Receipts Are Accurately Documented, Signed For And Captured In Sap.
Oversee The Issuing Of Inputs Inventory Including Ensuring That Issues Are Made To Recipients Holding Approved Collection Notes And That Issues Are Accurately Documented, Signed For And Captured In Sap.
Ensure Monthly Inventory Accounts For All Inputs Warehouses Are Performed On Time Including Investigation And Resolution Of Reconciling Items Identified From The Reconciliation.
Ensure That Monthly Confirmation Of Inventory Held By Third Parties Are Performed On Time Including The Reconciliations Thereof.
Update The Grower Account Manager Of Any Damaged Or Obsolete Inventory Items.
Ensure The Integrity Of The Inputs Inventory Database In Sap Through Regular Database Clean-Ups.
Ensure Team Compliance With Policies And Procedures Including The Financial Authority Policy.
Attend To External And Internal Audit Requests And Queries.

Qualifications, Experience And Attributes
Accounting Degree Or Its Equivalent
Knowledge And Good Application Of Accounting Standards, Procedures, And Principles.
Must Have Sound Knowledge Of Finance And Accounting.
Must Have Experience With Accounting Packages Such As Sap.
Two Years Job Experience In The Field Of Accounting Or Finance
Ability To Work Independently And Under Extreme Pressure With a Level Of Detail And Accuracy.
Manage Time And Resources Well And Demonstrates Good Organizational Abilities
Computer Literate In Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, Outlook, And PowerPoint
