Qualifications
• Minimum 5 ‘O’ Levels Including Mathematics And English
• Minimum 2 A’ Level Passes
• A Qualification In Sales Or Marketing Is An Added Advantage.
Experience
• Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
• Knowledge Of Dairy Industry And Product Is An Advantage.
• Outstanding Negotiation Skills With Ability To Resolve Issues And Address Complaints.
• Excellent Knowledge Of English, Shona.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Be The Liaison Between The Store And The Sales Managers.
• Be The Brand Ambassador In The Assigned Store.
• Assist Customers With Product Choice And Product Knowledge.
• Assist The Store In Ordering Stock.
• Maintaining And Reporting On Daily Sales.
• Cleaning Shelf Space And Ensuring That All Product Is In a Presentable State.
• Assist With Product Launches And Installations Of Promotional Point Of Sale Material In Participating
Outlets.
• Receiving And Communicating Customer Issues And Complaints To The Sales Managers.
• Maintaining Records Of Expiration Dates And Ensuring Stock Rotation – That Is First In First Out (Fifo)
And First Expiry First Out (Fefo).
