Our Client In the Medical field Is On The Market For An Accounts Clerk.Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Position will be Responsible For The Following Duties:
• Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.
• Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
• Compile and sort invoices and checks.
• Issue checks for accounts payable.
• Place checks in envelopes and mail out.
• Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
• Record charges and refunds.
• Support accounting personnel.
• Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
• File and tally deposits.
• Match invoices to work orders.
• Process bills for payment.
• Utilize computer systems to run databases, pay bills and order supplies.
Education and Experience
➢ An Accounting or Finance Degree.
➢ A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Accounting or Finance field.
➢ Must be results driven and goal oriented.
➢ Have an appreciation of accounting systems.
➢ Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
