Our Client In The Manufacturing Industry Is Looking To Hire a Stores Manager. Candidates With Exceptional Organizational And Analytical Skills Who Have a Minimum Of Three Years Experience In Stocking, Shipping, Logistics Or Related Fields Are Invited To Apply For This Position. Incumbent Must Hold a Bachelor Degree In Supply Chain Management Or a Diploma In Purchasing And Supply Or Any Related Qualification Suitable For Inventory Management. Candidate Must Have Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel And Pastel. Previous Experience In Inventory Management And The Ability To Manage a Team Is a Must. Previous Experience With Pastel Evolution In The Fmcg Sector Will Be An Added Advantage.
Duties And Responsibilities Include:
-Generate Daily, Weekly And Monthly Reports Of Stock Levels
-Supervision Of Stores Clerks & Assistants
-Processing And Reconciling All Inventory Movements In Pastel Evolution
-Monitoring Of Inventory And Materials And Reporting On Key Issues
-Organising And Coordinating Stock Counts
-Loss Control In Inventory
