ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Develop The Credit Risk And Governance Policies That Guides The Business/Individual Lending
• Reviews, Develops Risk Management Models, Policies, And Procedures
• Develops Tools And Techniques That Determine The Creditworthiness And Risk Profiling
• Identifies, Measures, Monitors, Controls And Reports On Market And Operational Risks Across The Group
• Analyzes Trends Of The Group Borrowings To Customers
• Advises Management Committees On Risk And Compliance Issues
• Coordinates And Ensures That Risk Assessments And Risk Ratings Are Assigned Across The Business, As Per Group Calendar Plans
• Research, Gather Competitor Intelligence Data To Keep Abreast With Market Trends
• Provides Research And Analytical Support On Relevant Risk Matters
• Communicates Of Risk Policies And Processes For The Group To Relevant Teams And Work-Streams
• Recommends Risk Management Solutions Such As Business Continuity Plans, Recovery Measures, Security
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Minimum-Bachelor’s Degree In Business (Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics), Or Equivalent.
• Professional Certification In Risk Management
• 2+ Years Of Relevant Experience
