Our client in the Security Industry is looking to hire an Administrator who will be in charge of their training school. Incumbent must have a diploma in Education, a Masters degree and security industry experience. Incumbent must be energetic, innovative and ready to run a training centre. Candidates with a teaching background are encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Manage budgets, logistics and events or meetings
Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
Ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
Develop and run educational programs
Hire, train and advise staff
Counsel students when needed
Resolve conflicts and other issues
Communicate with regulatory bodies and the public
Implement actions that improve the training school and the quality of education
Help shape and uphold the vision of the training school
