Data Entry Clerk x 2 - Short Term Contract (Remote Working)

An Exciting Opportunity Has Arisen to Join the Prorecruit Consultants Team in the Client Liaison Department. The Successful Candidate will Primarily be Responsible for Candidate and Client Accounts in our In-house ERP System. Applicants Must Have Attention to Detail, Customer Service Skills and be Computer Literate. This Is an Entry Level, Remote Role and Would be Ideal for Recent Graduates or School Leavers.

Responsibilities will Include:
1. Entering Account Data from Source Documents Within Time Limits
2. Compiling, Verifying Accuracy and Sorting Information to Prepare Source Data for Computer Entry
3. Reviewing Records for Deficiencies Or Errors, Correcting any Incompatibilities and Checking Output
4. Research and Obtain Further Information for Incomplete Documents
5. Review and Upload Updated Documents When Needed
6. Keep Information Confidential
7. Respond to System Access Queries
8. Comply with Data Integrity and Security Policies
9. Liase with IT on any System Issues
