Our Client In The Tobacco/ Agri Sector Is On The Market For a Commercial Production Coordinator. The Commercial Production Coordinator Will Oversee And Support The Planning, Execution, And Monitoring Of Agricultural Production Activities Within The Tobacco/Agri Sector. This Role Ensures That Commercial Production Targets Are Met Efficiently, Sustainably, And In Compliance With Industry Regulations, While Coordinating Between Field Operations, Supply Chain, And Commercial Teams.
Duties And Responsibilities
Coordinate Day-To-Day Agricultural Production Activities Across Designated Farms Or Regions.
Monitor Crop Cycles, Yields, And Quality Standards To Align With Commercial Targets.
Liaise With Agronomists, Farm Managers, And Supply Chain Teams To Ensure Smooth Operations.
Track Input Usage (Fertilizers, Seeds, Chemicals) And Maintain Accurate Records.
Ensure Compliance With Environmental, Health, And Safety Standards.
Support Logistics Planning For Harvested Crops, Including Storage And Transportation.
Prepare Production Reports And Present Updates To Senior Management.
Assist In Budgeting And Resource Allocation For Production Activities.
Identify Risks In Production Processes And Propose Mitigation Strategies.
Facilitate Communication Between Commercial Teams And Field Operations To Align Supply With Market Demand.
Experience And Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, Or Related Field.
Minimum 3–5 Years’ Experience In Agricultural Production Coordination, Preferably In Tobacco Or Large-Scale Crop Farming.
Strong Knowledge Of Crop Management Practices And Agricultural Supply Chains.
Experience With Production Planning, Reporting, And Resource Management.
Familiarity With Agricultural Compliance Standards And Sustainability Practices.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills.
Ability To Work Under Pressure And Manage Multiple Priorities.
Proficiency In Ms Office And Agricultural Management Software Is An Advantage.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
