Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs to various retail branches on the correct use, benefits, and application of agricultural chemicals.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by achieving product targets and expanding customer reach.
- Conduct radio appearances and other public engagements to promote products and strengthen brand visibility.
- Provide expert agronomic advice to customers and staff, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Support retail teams with technical knowledge to enhance customer service and sales performance.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field (minimum).
- Proven retail experience in agricultural chemicals or inputs.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in agronomy, with a strong background in training and sales.
- Fluency in Shona and Ndebele.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across branches.
