Overview
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Stores Controller to oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with company policies and international standards. This role is ideal for a professional with strong ERPNext experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in stock control.
Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
Verify and document GRNs, Delivery Notes, and Purchase Orders.
Capture inventory transactions in ERPNext (GRNs, transfers, adjustments, returns).
Collaborate with Finance & Procurement for 3-way matching (PO–GRN–Invoice).
Maintain internal controls in line with GAAP & IFRS.
Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
Supervise and train stores staff on ERPNext and inventory best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Studies, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in inventory/stores management
