Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized and values-driven Executive Assistant with a legal background, strong administrative skills, and a commitment to integrity rooted in Christian principles. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient operations, effective communication, and adherence to both corporate and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and compliance records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
Act as liaison between executives, clients, and partners, ensuring clear communication.
Support board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping of both administrative and legal documents.
Monitor and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, documents).
Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
Uphold ethical standards and demonstrate professionalism consistent with Christian values.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally with legal exposure.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
