Job Description
Partner with the MD and CFO to design and implement strategies that achieve divisional revenue targets.
Collaborate with channel partners to deliver high-impact, scalable projects.
Lead the deployment and management of ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines, and digital banking software solutions.
Oversee all project phases — from initiation to completion — ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Develop and refine business and revenue models to support growth.
Act as a technical consultant during pre-sales, after-sales, and business development engagements.
Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.
Drive stakeholder engagement and foster strong customer and partner relationships.
Qualifications/Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Business, or IT-related field.
Proven experience in large-scale banking or IT project implementation.
Solid background in software development and hardware maintenance (advantageous).
Strong project management skills with ability to deliver customized solutions.
Excellent customer and partner management skills, from line managers to C-level executives.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
Must be Zimbabwean, fluent in English (oral and written).
