Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead culture‑building initiatives to foster employee engagement and retention.
Manage labour relations, including handling labour cases and disputes.
Oversee industrial relations and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
Partner with leadership to design and execute people management strategies.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Use data analytics to inform HR decisions and measure impact.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.
Lead HR teams to deliver efficient and effective HR services.

Job Qualifications /Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, IPMZ) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5–7 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven expertise in labour relations, industrial relations, and change management
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to organizational objectives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated success in culture building and people management.
Analytical mindset with experience in HR data and metrics.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
