Our client, a renowned manufacturer in the precision engineering sector and manufacturer of industrial gearboxes, winches, and hoists, is seeking experienced Sales Counter to join their team. A strong background in engineering and technical environment is desired.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries, quotations, invoicing, and order processing.
Provide customer service and maintain professional communication with clients.
Filing, document control, and record keeping (quotations, orders, job cards, delivery notes, etc.).
Ensure office supplies and consumables are maintained and replenished when needed.
Maintain accurate sales records, job registers, and follow-ups on outstanding quotations and
payments.
Liaise between the workshop and clients to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a sales or customer service role within an engineering, technical,
or industrial environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems.

Preferred Candidate Specifications:
Candidates should ideally be 30 years and above
(exceptions may be made for the right experience and attitude). While we prefer female candidates
for this role, we are also open to suitable male applicants.
