Our Client In The FMCG Sector Is Looking To Hire a Seasoned Human Resources Officer. The Successful Candidate Will Play a Pivotal Role In Supporting The Development And Execution Of Hr Strategies, Policies, And Procedures That Align With The Company’s Goals. This Role Requires a Hands-On Professional With Strong Interpersonal Skills And a Deep Understanding Of Hr Practices And Labour Legislation.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Support The Development And Implementation Of Hr Policies, Systems, And Procedures Aligned With Business Needs.
Provide Guidance And Counselling To Staff And Management On Company Policies, Procedures, And Labour Legislation.
Coordinate The Full Recruitment Cycle: Job Descriptions, Advertising, Shortlisting, Interviewing, And On-Boarding.
Design And Deliver On-Boarding And Induction Programs To Integrate New Employees Into The Company Culture.
Facilitate Training And Staff Development Initiatives To Enhance Performance And Service Excellence.
Assist In Performance Management Processes, Including Appraisals And Performance Improvement Initiatives.
Manage Employee Relations, Including Disciplinary And Grievance Procedures, In Line With Company Policy And Labour Law.
Consolidate Payroll Inputs, Administer Employee Benefits, And Liaise With Payroll For Accurate Salary Processing.
Maintain Accurate And Up-To-Date Employee Records, Including Leave Administration And Personnel Files.
Ensure Compliance With Labour Laws And Occupational Health And Safety Standards, Including Ppe Monitoring And Accident Reporting.
Prepare Weekly Hr Reports And Present Hr Metrics To Management For Informed Decision-Making.
Support The HRBP In Employee Engagement Initiatives, Inductions, And The Overall Hr Strategy.
Qualifications And Experience
A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or a Related Field.
A Minimum Of 3–5 Years Of Experience In a Similar Hr Role, Preferably Within a Manufacturing Or Fmcg Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Labour Laws, Hr Policies, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication, Counselling, And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Handle Sensitive Issues With Discretion And Professionalism.
Proficiency In HRIS Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong Analytical And Reporting Skills.
