Key Responsibilities:

Design, Implement, And Evaluate Training Programs For Both New Recruits And Existing Staff.
Facilitate Engaging On-The-Job Training Sessions, Workshops, And Simulations To Build Core Competencies.
Monitor And Assess Training Effectiveness, Making Improvements Where Necessary.
Stay Informed On Industry Trends, Best Practices, And Emerging Technologies To Ensure Training Content Remains Relevant And Impactful.
Collaborate With Department Heads To Identify Training Needs And Tailor Programs Accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Of a Diploma In Training, Education, Or a Related Field.
Certification In Training And Development Will Be a Strong Advantage.
Demonstrated Experience In Private Or Public Security Sectors Is Essential.
Strong Communication, Facilitation, And Presentation Skills.
Must Hold a Valid Class 4 Driver’s License.
