Duties And Responsibilities:
Greet Patients, Visitors, And Staff With Professionalism, Empathy, And Warmth
Manage Incoming Calls, Emails, And Appointment Scheduling With Accuracy And Discretion
Coordinate With Doctors, Nurses, And Healthcare Professionals To Ensure Seamless Service Delivery
Handle Patient Registrations, Billing, Payments, And Medical Claims Processing
Maintain And Update Patient Records In Both Digital And Physical Formats
Prepare Reports, Forms, And Correspondence As Needed
Ensure The Reception Area And Waiting Rooms Are Clean, Organized, And Welcoming
Support Management With Staff Communications, Onboarding, And Internal Coordination
Liaise With Patients, Suppliers, And Service Providers For Timely Follow-Ups And Inquiries
Uphold Confidentiality And Compliance With Healthcare Regulations And Policies
Experience And Qualifications:
Minimum Of A Certificate Or Diploma In Administration, Office Management, Business Management, Or Related Field
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In a Receptionist Or Administrative Role, Preferably In a Healthcare, Medical, Or Dental Setting
Familiarity With Healthcare Practices, Patient Confidentiality, And Administrative Procedures
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Comfortable With Scheduling Or Patient Management Systems
