Our client, an international manufacturer and supplier of industrial pipes and valves for B2B clients across mining, agriculture, construction, and energy sectors, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to support day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and client communications
-Coordinate internal documentation including invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
-Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
-Support inventory tracking and assist with stock reconciliation
-Prepare reports and assist with compliance and regulatory documentation
-Handle general office administration and support management as needed
Qualifications & Experience
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
-Knowledge of inventory systems or ERP software is an added advantage
