Our client is seeking a proactive and data-driven Human Resources Officer to join their fast-paced FMCG team. This role combines traditional HR responsibilities with a strong emphasis on HR analytics, enabling smarter workforce decisions and strategic talent management. Duties and Responsibilities
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards for workforce analytics (e.g., turnover, engagement, recruitment funnel).
Support recruitment processes using data insights to improve sourcing and time-to-hire.
Assist in performance management and talent development initiatives.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyse results to guide interventions.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS optimisation.
Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion tracking and reporting.
Provide analytical support for compensation reviews and workforce planning.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or high-volume environments.
Strong background in HR analytics and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Agile mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
