Finance and Administration Clerk

Applications Are Invited To Fill The Position of A Finance And Administration Clerk Which Has Arisen Within Our Client’s Company. The Successful Candidate Shall Be Responsible For Accurate, Timely And Complaint Financial Processing Across Key Operational Cycles - Payments, Billing, Inventory, Collections, Posting And Bank Reconciliations.

Duties And Responsibilities
Processing Of Supplier Invoices.
Preparing Supplier Payment Requests.
Invoicing Of New Customers.
Posting Of Customer Receipts To Accounting And Billing Systems.
Attending To Customer Queries Through Mail, Tickets, Telephone Calls And Walk In Customers.
Reconciliation Of Ledger Accounts.
Collection Of All Due And Overdue Receivables Amounts.
Inventory Management.
Preparation Of Weekly, Monthly And Annual Cash Flow Reports.
Any Other Duties As Assigned By Management.

Qualifications And Experience
Must Have a Degree And/Or Professional Qualification In Accounting.
At Least 2 Years Experience In a Similar Role.
High Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Good Communications Skills And Interpersonal Skills.
Understanding Of Accounting Principles/ Concept.
