From luxury hotels in urban centres to remote conservation camps in the bush, this organization keeps clients connected—no matter the location. The team of field experts forms the backbone of this mission, offering on-site technical solutions wherever and whenever they’re needed.
The Role:
This hands-on role requires a highly skilled IT technician with the ability to assess and resolve issues in diverse environments. You’ll be responsible for travelling to client sites, diagnosing problems, executing solutions, and ensuring system integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to both scheduled and urgent on-site service requests within Harare and nationwide
-Conduct thorough diagnostics and problem-solving on location
-Recommend and implement effective technical solutions
-Accurately document work via mobile applications
-Liaise with clients, internal teams, and management clearly and professionally
Candidate Profile:
-Degree in Information Technology
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in a hands-on IT role
-Prior exposure to wireless networking is an added advantage
-Strong problem-solver with a practical, can-do approach
-Comfortable making autonomous decisions in dynamic environments
-Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
-Must possess a valid Class 4 driver’s licence and a personal vehicle
