Incumbent Will Liaise With Clients Or Customers To Understand Their Requirements And Preferences, Manage Bookings Through An Online System, Coordinate With Other Departments And Individuals To Ensure Seamless Service Delivery, And Resolve Any Issues Or Conflicts Related To Booking Arrangements. Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Maintaining Accurate Records, Generating Reports, And Providing Assistance To Other Team Members As Needed. Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Organisational, Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Duties Include:
Booking Patient Appointments Based On Doctor Availability, Procedure Type, And Patient Needs.
Contacting Patients To Confirm Appointment Details And Send Timely Reminders To Reduce No-Show
Handling Appointment Cancellations And Rescheduling Requests, Ensuring Proper Communication With Patients And Doctors.
Verifying Patient Medical Aid Coverage And Eligibility For Procedures.
Sending Pre-Appointment Instructions And Necessary Forms To Patients.
Handling Customer Enquiries And Complaints
Liaising With Doctors, Nurses, And Other Medical Staff To Coordinate Patient Schedules And Address Any Scheduling Conflicts.
Maintaining Accurate Patient Records, Generating Appointment Reports, And Tracking Key Performance Indicators (Kpis) Related To Scheduling Efficiency.
