Duties And Responsibilities
Network Management:
Monitor And Maintain The Company's Network Infrastructure, Including Lan, Wan, And Wi-Fi Connections.
Troubleshoot And Resolve Network Connectivity Issues, Including Slow Performance, Connection Dropouts, And Access Restrictions.
Configure And Manage Network Devices, Such As Routers, Switches And Firewalls.
Implement And Maintain Network Security Measures, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Access Controls.
Manage Network User Accounts, Permissions, And Access Levels.
Perform Network Capacity Planning And Optimization.
Stay Abreast Of Latest Networking Technologies And Best Practices.
Hardware And Software Support:
Provide Technical Support For All Company Hardware, Including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, And Servers.
Troubleshoot And Resolve Hardware Issues, Including Malfunctioning Devices, Driver Conflicts, And Hardware Upgrades.
Install, Configure, And Maintain Software Applications, Including Operating Systems, Productivity Software, And Specialized Applications.
Manage Software Licenses And Ensure Compliance With Licensing Agreements.

Qualifications And Experience
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As An It Officer Or In a Related Technical Support Role.
