Duties And Responsibilities

Develop And Implement Preventive Maintenance Programs
Inspect Plant Machinery And Equipment Regularly To Identify And Resolve Issues
Ensure That Safety Protocols And Procedures Are Adhered To During Maintenance Operations
Coordinate With Other Departments For Shutdowns And Startups
Lead, Supervise And Train The Maintenance Team To Ensure Effective Performance
Manage The Maintenance Budget And Ensure Cost Effectiveness
Keep a Record Of All Maintenance And Repair Work Conducted
Procure Necessary Equipment, Tools And Supplies For Maintenance Work
Stay Updated With Latest Maintenance Techniques And Best Practices
Work Closely With Quality Assurance To Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Standards
Implement Measures To Improve Productivity And Efficiency Of The Plant
Qualifications And Experience
Proven Work Experience As a Plant Maintenance Manager Or Similar Role In An Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Engineering Concepts, Including Electrical, Hydraulic And Mechanical Systems.
Ability To Interpret Blueprints, Specifications And Schematics.
Excellent Organizational And Leadership Abilities.
