Our Client In The FMCG Industry Is Seeking To Employ A Stock Controller Supervisor. The Incumbent Will Be Responsible For Managing The Receipt Of Physical Stocks Into The System And Onward Transmission Of Invoices To The Data Center Team. The Incumbent Will Oversee The Daily Activities Of The Stock Controller, Analyze Inventory Data, And Ensure Accuracy Of Inventory Records. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Developing And Implementing Inventory Control Procedures And Policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
#Accurately Record And Document Inventory Data.
#Provide Guidance And Leadership To The Stock Controllers.
#Assist In The Timely And Cost- Effective Transmission Of Invoices And Credit Notes To The Data Centre Department Within 48hours Of Receipt.
#Maintenance Of Branch Asset Registers And Ensuring All Assets Are Tagged.
#Track The Time Lag Between The GRV Date And Supplier Invoice Date.
#Report On The Negative Stocks By Branch Per Week.
#Prepare And Submit Reports To Management.
#Monthly Spot Checks On Branches To Ensure Stocks On The Ground Are In The System.
Qualifications and Experience:
#Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
#Proven work experience as a Stock Controller Supervisor, Inventory Manager or similar role
#A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role
#Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
#Good understanding of supply chain procedures
#Active participation in inventory audits
#Excellent organization skills
#Good communication and negotiation abilities
