Our Client In The Retail Industry Is Looking To Engage a Risk And Compliance Officer To Join Their Team. Incumbent Will Report Directly To The Finance Director. The Risk And Compliance Officer Will Ensure That The Organization Conducts Its Business Processes In Compliance With Laws And Regulations, Professional Standards, International Standards And Accepted Business Practices. Incumbent Will Be Responsible For Performing Audits At Regular Intervals And Executing Design Control Systems, Advising The Management On Possible Risks That Might Occur And Organization Policies.
Duties& Responsibilities:
#To Ensure All The Essential Guidelines Are Put In Proper Place Accurately Adhering To Industry Rules And Regulations Such As: Route To Market, FIU Compliance, RBZ Requirements, Shop Trading Licences, EMA, PRAZ certification.
#To Design And Oversee The Company-Wide Risk Management Strategy, Aligning All Risk Management And Associated Internal Control Activities To Support Achievement Of Business Objectives.
#To Facilitate The Integration Of Risk Management Policy And Strategy Into All Department’s Strategies And Activities.
#To Design And Implement An Overall Risk Management Process For The Organization, Which Includes An Analysis Of The Financial Impact On The Company When The Risks Occur.
#To Review Contracts To Ensure Compliance With The Company’s Policies And Commercial Viability.
#To Facilitate Risk Management Knowledge And Best Practice Sharing Across The Company, With Reference To External Best Practice Where Appropriate.
Qualifications:
#Bachelor's Degree In Law, Business Administration Or A Related Field
#Proven Experience A As Risk And Compliance Officer In The FMCG Sector.
#Strong Understanding Of Legal Compliance, Risk Management And Corporate Governance.
#Excellent Communication, Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
#Proficiency In Compliance Software And Tools
