This Role Ensures The Alignment Of HR Initiatives With Corporate Objectives, Driving Employee Productivity, Retention, And Growth, While Maintaining Positive Industrial Relations. Ideal Candidate Must Have At Least 5 Years Experience In A Similar Position In The Retail Industry. A First Degree In Human Resources Management Is Required And A Post Graduate Qualification Is Considered An Added Advantage. IPMZ Qualification Is a Must.

Managing Performance Appraisal Processes And Providing Feedback And Coaching To Employees
